Our team is expanding and we're moving to a new bigger studio, 10 minutes walk from Clapham Junction Station. We are currently hiring for two roles:

  1. Maker

  2. Fulfilment Co-ordinator

Maker

We're looking for a new Maker to join our fun and friendly team. The role will start in August in our new premises in Battersea, (10 mins walk from Clapham junction station) London SW11.

£18-20,000 per annum

1 year full time contract (with possibility to extend)

40 hours per week

20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday

You will be part of the small workshop team and your duties will include:

  • Assisting with production of all aspects of jewellery making, including

    • Wiring, gluing, curing, stringing and packing

  • Making from the website orders list and for stock

  • Timing all your making work and recording it on a timesheet

  • Working with and supporting other makers to help meet deadlines

  • Assisting the Studio Manager with ad-hoc tasks

  • You may be asked very occasionally to help with an event outside your usual working hours like a photoshoot

What we're looking for:

  • An enthusiastic maker, experience would be great but we are willing to invest time in teaching making techniques

  • Someone who is naturally very neat and has a very high attention to detail

  • Someone who enjoys repetitive, fiddly work

  • Ideally experience working with jewellery

  • A self-driven, organised individual who is great at managing their workload to meet deadlines

  • Jewellery making experience is not necessary but your portfolio must demonstrate skills working on small-scale projects

Fulfilment Co-ordinator

We're looking for a new Fulfilment Co-ordinator to join our fun and friendly team. The role will start in August in our new premises in Battersea (10 mins walk from Clapham junction station) London SW11.

The Fulfilment Co-ordinator takes charge of the final quality control, packing up and shipping of all retail orders. You'll be a central part of the studio team, helping co-ordinate production to tight deadlines. You'll also have a great eye for detail and be able to manage lots of different tasks at the same time.

£18-20,000 per annum

1 year full time contract (with possibility to extend)

40 hours per week

20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday

Duties include:

  • Quality control of all jewellery before it is shipped

  • Pack and dispatch orders using our Royal mail system

  • Manage daily packing and dispatch of all website retail orders ensuring stock is sent out accurately and on time.

  • Take charge of packing area of studio, keeping it tidy and organised.

  • Manage stock levels of packaging.

  • Assist studio manager with ad-hoc studio tasks

  • Someone naturally organised with a good attention to detail.

  • Someone who enjoys a busy, fast-based work environment - this is not a desk-based role!

  • A self-driven, organised individual who is great at managing their workload to meet deadlines
