We hope you love your Lily & Roo order as much as we loved creating it but if you are unhappy with your piece for any reason you can return it within 14 days of receipt*
To notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item please contact email@example.com and we will send you the returns information.
Please ensure all items are repackaged in exactly the same way they arrived. Lily & Roo will not be able to offer refunds on pieces that arrive back to us tangled, damaged or with missing parts.
We recommend that you send back items by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery to ensure safe delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there are any issues.
Please note: goods that are engraved, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable.
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings.
Please state which items you would like to exchange for and why.
If your Lily & Roo jewellery was a gift, please provide the name of the person who purchased it from LILY & ROO.
Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
